Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

A Message from Owner/Attorney Eric Gullotta;
Dear Clients and Potential Clients,
Thank you for visiting our website; whether it be to gather information on our firm or to start moving forward with your estate plan remotely.
As every global citizen is now aware, COVID-19 has affected all corners of the globe and Sonoma County is no different. Sonoma County order No. C19-05 dated March 31, 2020, has deemed elective legal services a NON-ESSENTIAL service. Therefore we are prohibited from working on estate plans at our office.
Our primary concern is and always will be the best interests of our staff and their families and our ability to perform at the highest level to serve our clients. The decision as been made that given the current environment, Gullotta Law Group cannot properly serve our clients remotely and therefore, WE WILL BE SUSPENDING OPERATIONS UNTIL AT LEAST MAY 3, 2020 per the county order.
We are seeing an unprecedented surge in requests for estate planning services considering the health risks of COVID-19. If you would like to be added to our list of prospective clients please complete a case evaluation form and you will be added to our list. Clients will be served in the order in which they submit an online inquiry (First come, first serve)
I thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. I hope you and your family are able to avoid the direct health consequences of the virus and that we as a country prevail and rebuild better than before. Thank you.
